We take pride in our customers and value the long-term and personal relationships we have with them.
We are interested in the developments in our customers’ organizations, what they consider important and why. Each customer has their own special wishes and we comply with those. Therefore, we not only talk with our customers about deadlines and prices but also about what a translation should look like. Which tone of voice and house style we should use. What are the developments in the company that we translate for? For whom is the translation intended and what is the purpose of the translation?
Each assignment is unique. We learn about our customers’ corporate culture and inquire into the ‘end-users’ of the translation in order to find the best possible translator for the job.
